Concept of conducting group will be succeeded only with the active participation of all members or most of the members. Here I found there are about 192 members in this group as on 27/02/2005. But we receive messages only from very few members repeatedly. There should be some meaning of spending time in any of our activity. So, I am sending this message as a opinion pole. Kindly send your opinion in the following matters. A . Concept / contents of this group: 1. Super 2. Best 3. Normal 4. Poor 5. Waste B. Moderator Performance : 1. Super 2. Best 3. Normal 4. Poor 5. Waste C. Moderator of this group should be changed? 1. Yes 2. No 3. Must 4. Must not 5. May be D. Frequency of sending message to be: 1. increased 2. decreased 3. let it be 4. as moderator desired E. Group settings to be changed? 1. Yes 2. No 3. May be If yes what are all the chages to be done? What are all the problems now you have? Please describe. F. Which is your type of response for the messages from this group: 1. I will send it to the trash folder immediately 2. I will check the contents and then decide to delete or save 3. I will store all the messages from this group. 4. I will store and circulate it to my friends. 5. Do not send any more message to me. G. What would you do if there is a condition that every member should send a message to this group atleast once in a month to prove that you are active. 1. I will send a message once in a month to be an active member of this group. 2. I will send a request to the moderator to alter the period. 3. I will just ignore this message. 4. I will withdraw my membership immediately. 5. I will later join if required. I hope that everybody can understood that I am traping for the valid active member.
