If you find it is working then come to this group and sign in with that ID. Before sign in you should have signed out in your earlier visit. Or even you can sign in with your old ID then sign out and sign in with your new ID. But I wonder, why it happens?! Because there is no settings to ban any non members for some portion of services?!
