Just a suggestion to make the contest even more attractive and automated.

 

We can make use of POLLS section in eGroups and I think groups also support

database.

First, I request you to avoid the salutation 'Hi' in this group.

Thanks for your suggestion, but if we use the 'poll' feature for this purpose,

we can set only objective type questions. Also we can not put all five questions

combinedly in one email.

One thing we can do :

 

We can create a poll as follows:

 

Question: Did you participate in Contest - 1

Ans 1. Yes Ans 2. No

 

This will be useful for us to keep records easily and obviously.
