Adiyen Thiruppullani Raguveeradayal aneka thendan samarppittha vignapanam.

Due to some problemsin the computer, for the past ten days I could not

access the mails and hence this delayed mail requesting a small

change in yodivyadesa yathra programme.

FROM ALWARTHIRUNAGARI YOU KINDLY AVOID THE PROPOSED ROUTE TO REACH

THIRUPPULLANI. THE ROAD IS VERY VERY VERY BAD AND YOU WILL BE IN

TROUBLE. HENCE MY SUGESSTION IS:-

From Alwarthirunagari you go to Srivilliputhur via Thirunelveli and

from there you visit Madurai and cover up all the places around

Madurai. From Madurai you come to Thiruppullani, be my guest, Ahobila

Mutt is fairly convenient to stay and Pushkarani is brimming with

water and our village is very convenient to stay. Have Sethu Snanam

and Perumal Sevai. Then you can proceed to Trichy via

Thirukkoshtiyurand Thirumayam. You can visit Devipattinam, a

Navagrahasthalam near Ramnad, and if you desire(as sight seeing only)

go to Rameswaram 56kms away from Ramnad.

I AGAIN REPEAT KINDLY AVOID TUTICORIN ROUTE

Dasan,

T.Raguveeradayal

Thanks Mr.Raguveeradayal,

As expected by me, you have replied for it.

No other member had shown interest on this subject?!

Thanks for your kind advice.

Also my friend had suggested me that, instead of going through Kerala, it is

better to go -> Thirumeyyam -> Thirukkoshtiyur -> Thirumohur ->

Thirumaliruncholai -> Thirukkoodal -> Thiruvilliputur -> Thiruppullani -> Nava

Thirupathi -> Thiruvaragunamangai -> Thirukkurungudi -> Thiruvattaru ->

Thiruvanparisaram -> Thiruvananthapuram -> Thiruvanvandur + 5 divyadesams ->

Thirumuzhikalam -> Thirukkatkarai -> Guruvayur -> Thirunaavaai ->

Thiruvithuvakkodu - Coimbatore - Chennai.

So, now I am preparing timetable for it. Also, I have to take in mind your

advice when preparing the route and time.

My doubt is: Though I know doing 'sethu snanam' is uchidham in the morning, is

there any anushtanam of doing 'sethu snanam' in the evening? Answering this

question will be convenient for me to make he schedule.

Expecting your reply,

If you feel it is a personal one, you can reply for this question to my personal

ID. But I hope, knowing the answer for this question will be useful to all

members.

Best regards,

***Mdr***

-Adiyen wish to point out that the other proposal also includes the

bad road as from Thiruppullani to NavaThiruppathi you have to go by

the route which I want you to avoid.Or you have to go again via

Madurai which will involve more kilometers and waste of time. As far

as Kerala Kshetrams I do not know much and I depend on a mail which

one of my friends who frequently organise tours. It seems he is too

busy to mail me.

Sethu snanam in the evening is not at all uchitham. If not in the

morning atleast before mathyannigam, it should be done.The accepted

anushtanam is that one should bathe in the early morning finish of

santhi (and Thiruvarathanam if Perumal is also being broughtup) then

go to Sethukkarai just 4kms away from Thiruppullani, perform sankalpa

snanam return to Thiruppullani to have Perumal Dharisanam.

If time permits I request you to kindly contact me over my phone

9443301091/04567254242(after10pm/before9am)so that I can provide any

other information reg. tour.
