Sorry for not responding emails, due to work pressure. I'll read all the

message sending out from group. It's really excellent.

 

Swamin, could u pls send me Perumal Thiruvaaradhanam (Iyengar Vadagalai) in

Tamil PDF format.

 

Swamin, Could u pls clarify me:

 

1. If I've Salagramam in my house, is it I've to do naiveidhyam 3 times

a day?

2. Is ladies allowed to do Naiveidhyam?

3. Is ladies allowed to perform Thiruvaaradhanam?

The thiruvaradhanam Tamil pdf book will reach all members simultaneously as an

attachment in a separate message.

 

About your questions:

1. Naiveidhyam can be done number of times no restrictions, thirumanjanam can be

done once a day.

You see, in temples, the bhakthas are carying naivedhya things of their choice

from morning to evening, the archakar is not refusing to do naivedhyam by

telling, " todays naivedhyam over " . But, if you request to make a

" Thirumanjanam " , they will tell either " wait for some specific time " or " sorry

todays thirumanjanam over, it should be booked advancely " . I don't much about

temple procedures.

 

Note: - In our house, I will not take even water without doing naivedhyam to our

perumals.

 

2. & 3. Ladies can do naivedhyam not aaradhanam.

 

Note:- Everyday in the morning after (or some times before) madhyahniham I will

do Thirvaradhanam upto my (not perumal's) satisfaction including a detailed

Thirumanjanam, naivedhyam will be made in the bhojyasanam with things which are

kept ready, but all other preparation after that will be made naivedhyam by our

'thaayar' (name which I am calling my wife) then and there.
