Becoming a Pancama and Prayascittam

I had also read past postings about losing caste status due to

crossing the sea. Could I know too what degree one has to leave

sastram to be designated a pancama? That is, since there are so many

restrictions in sastram commonly being disregarded these days.

Perhaps the question would be better put as: What is the minimum

acharam necessary according to sastram for retaining brahminhood? The

second part of my question is: What is the method of prayascittam

required for regaining brahminhood if one is deemed to have lost

one's caste?

Well question.

Do not think, it may be a huge task to maintain the brahminhood. It is very

simple. Doing Sandhya Vandhanam, Madhyahniham is the simple step of maintaining

brahminhood. Anybody can understand it from the manthrams of the three period

of Sandhi itself.

**MOrning:- Suryascha .... Papeypyo rakshantham ... yath rathriya paapam

akaarsham ...

** Evening Same as above but 'Yath Ahna paapam'

** After noon :- Madhyandhinam aadhiyo abhiko dheeyanaha pancha bhaadhakaath upa

bhaadhakaath pramuchyadhe sarva vedha paarayana punyam labhadhe....

One can retain his brahminhood only by doing sandhis. All paapam will dis appear

by doing sandhi. That sandhi should be done within the prescribed Karma bhoomi.

All prayachitham will be fruitful only for the person who is keep doing sandhis

regularly.

The Prayachitha Kaandam is a very huge valume. There are prayachitham for

everything to know this,

1. You should ask for a specific reason

2. Wait upto the total content of the book uploaded in our website.

Do not ask about Sastram, because I am not a " Sastrayagnan " and this group is

not meant for discussing about sastram.

Ask about vaideekam, and ask what sastram says about that particular portion of

vaideekam.

Again and again this group matters are going towards sastram, which is not at

all applicable for this media.
