This gives a kind of soothing effect even for us to read/listen. Everytime when I do tharpanam, I do it by just knowing that this manthram is for offering aasanam to the pithrus. From nowon, whenever I chant this manthram, I will remember this. May I take this opportunity to ask for your thamizh explanation of amavasya manthram (whenever time permits) since ungal varthaigalail thamizh nandraga thandavamadugiradhu. Nanri pala.. Muralidharan ***Adiyen, Mikka Nanri, Thangal Korikkai viraivil pariseelikka padum. Please note the following Sanskrit slokam, this is also having a wonderful meaning. All the members can try to explain this slokam in their views and also find the speciality in the sloka: sAmo same sAmA: sa me samA samo mAsa: sA me mAsa samA samA .
