Dear Sir,

1. Join your both hands as doing namaskaram, now fold the right hand ring finger to come on the left hand, then fold the left hand ring finger to come on the right hand to make a two finger gap little fingers and middle fingers. Now insert the tips of the thumbs between the two hands. It is called 'Surabhi' mudhra. Lika a cow.

2. Chakra mudra is nothing but catching the right hand by the left hand as catching some others hand, so that the right hand fingers will be touching the wrist portion of the left hand, then rotating the right hand clockwise to get coincide with left hand fingers is called the 'Chakra' mudra. Like a wheel.

3. Close to touch each other the tip of all five fingers of the right hand, then open the little finger and index finger so that the thumb, middle and ring fingers will be in touch, and which will resemble as the head of a deer. The little finger and index finger should be straight as the horns of that deer which is called 'Graasa' mudra.

At present I dont have photos, shortly I will send it through the Groups called vaideekam to join this group send a message to vaideekam-
