Regarding my query :

 

 

 

1. Brahma Yagnam contains Deva,Rishi, Pithru tharpanam(sankalpam also says deva

rishi pithru tharpanam karishye). In this Pithru tharpanam is there, if we do

this, do we need to fast on that day (if we do daily as nithyakarma, then all

the days!).

 

 

 

2. Yes. Mahalayam your point is noted. I follow the second.. fasting full

mahalayam period.

The Sankalpam for Brahma Yagnam is: " ... Preethyartham Brahma Yagnena Yakshye "
