Guest guest
As regards Vaideeka karmas I would like to add a counterpoint. Passage of time brings about vast changes which are mostly irreversible. The social ,community, family etoos have undergone vast changes. The social order in which the Brahmins vocation was only to recite and teach vedas,to perform yagas-yagnas and get them performed,to give charity and live on charitywithout any possessions died out long ago. Man as the performer and woman as the inspiration is a thing of the past. Under the circumstances there need be no self pity as the immense Soulabya and Sousheelya of Sriman Narayana offers redemption to all genuine devotees.Udayavar with the same immense Dhaya propounded his Darshana and brought about profound social reforms and emancipated helpless devotees. If only some great souls and our institutions bring about such changes taking present times into consideration that will be the kindest act in the eyes of Sriman Narayana. Instead if we are going to follow rituals only in letter we will become victims of contrdictions and hypocracy for which there are ample examples from the most conforming backgrounds Adiyen G.Madhavan
