Guest guest
Dear swamin Adiyen srinivasan aneha namskarangal. I have a doubt in the directions to be observed during madhyanhikam. argyam to be done facing west. Which direction we have to face while perfroming rishi tharpanam? Many times we are required to perform madhyanhikam in the morning itself. Is it necessary to offer praschitha argyam? which direction we have to face while doing surya namaskaram ( Pasyema sarthasatham etc.,) Shoud pranayamam be done always facing east or north and in sitting posture? Dasan Srinivasan *** Madhyahniha Argyam towards north. Surya namaskaram is depending upon the time you are doing it may be East (if it is fore noon) / slightly north or south (If it is exact noon) / slightly west (if it is after noon) direction is not important seeing the Suryan is important. ***Mdr***
