Respected Swamin,

 

Can we have the taatparyam of this 5 th step (given below)?

 

Why annam is divided into two? Why the difference as ayush and praana?

Is there any connection of this to the two part life of the total 120

years - the second part starting after the completion of 60 years?

 

----> > 5. Annam will be divided as two parts one is called 'Ayush

charu' another
