Guest guest
Dear Vasu Vadyar Adiyen aneha namaskarangal. In the thiruvaradhanam procedure given in the Ramanujamission.com web site it is said the the thaligai should be offered for 32 times to perumal. My doubt is when we offer many items to perumal should each item be offered for 32 times.? Also is it possible to give list of sanskrit names for various items we offer like we say kadali palam for plantain fruit. Dasan Srinivasan *** It is not possible to list out names for all the items without having a pretty good sanskrit knowledge. So, just you can say " Annam Nivedhayami (Rice),Prasoopam Nivedhayami (paruppu), Grutham Nivedhayami(Ghee), Vyanjanani nivedhayami (Sambar, rasam, koottu, karamadhu like items), Savyanjanani nivedhayami (pickles, pappat like items), Paayasam nivedhayami, Dhadhi Nivedhayami (Curd), Naanavidhapalani Nivedhayami (For all fruits). Show the overall food items total 32 times, its enough because normally a human will take food 32 kavalams per period. This is the logic. ***
