I pray that Lord Sadaashiva's grace be with all his bhaktas. If the moderator thinks it is within the scope of this group, may I we hear about the customs followed in Shaiva and Smaartha households on this auspicious night? Yesterday I helped organise some of my Hindu student friends conduct a 'Rudram-Chamakam'/other Veda paaraayaNam and bhajan singing, but we did not know much more than that.
