Guest guest
My grateful thanks to Sri.Raguveeradayal Swamin - if he has not hinted on Madi snanam - i would not be knowing it at all.. Thanks a lot for your valuable guidance. I would be grateful if you could tell me whether this Madi Snanam is applicable only for Sethu Snanam alone - or common for any holy snanams like in Ganga / Thiruveni and Thirumal Raja patnam etc. Adiyen Ramanujadasan *** Sorry for the interference before this message reach Mr.Raghuveeradayal. Swami also should reply for this message. This question requires a logical answer. When you are going to perform a " Punya Snanam " it requires a 'Sankalpam'. Doin Sankalpam is always a part of 'Vaideekam' which requires a 'madi snanam'. nvs

Guest guest
Sri Raghuveerdayal Swamin Thanks for the clarification Pls. let me know the following: I had earlier (before samasrayanam) had the opportunity to take the holy bath from all the 24 wells in Rameswaram and well Tiruchendur - when I was not knowledgeable about the magimais of our Divya Desams and the Divya Kshethram's and the holy baths as well Srivaishnava Sampradayam fully.(though in our native place - when i was young - no Shri vaishnavas goes to Shiva temple - and I was scolded by my grandma for adoring viboothi) After settling in chenni, we had visited many Shiva as well Perumal Temple - but not now. Do we as a Srivaishanavite can take bath at Rameswaram??? is it not Anyadevatha upavasam?? If adiyen's question is wrong Pls. pardon me... Guest guest
Dear Moderator Your reply to sri.S.Gopal Swamin is simply superb... as you said other Devathas are the parts of " Sriman Naarayanan " That one word reply is more than sufficient as it briefs everything else. I hope your reply must have really removed all the pains of Sri. Gopalan swami. But I am sorry to write about your statement of " But, these are all no way connected with the aim of our group, to keep somthing in action I am allowing these " If these things are not connected to the Group - you can very well dis-allow. I do not understand why should you do apple polishing??????? Adiyen Ramanuja Dasan *** What you mean 'apple polishing'? Is it an ideam phrase? I don't know the meaning for it. I am also sorry to say that our group members are not at all caring about vaideekam i.e, manthrams for rituals and its thathparyam.
