Question about horoscope casting and Naming

Is it possible to cast horoscope for a baby born in Los Angeles,

California, USA if the time of birth is provided?

 

Also should we worry about astrology/numerology to name our newborn

with one of the vishnu thirunamams.

including ahobilam.com .

 

I wonder about your worry, after naming your child with a 'VISHNU' Thirunamam,

what else (astrology, numerology) will help more than that for your child?!!
