Our Lord's Paadhukai hs been eulogized by Swamy Desikan

thru 1008 slOkams contained in 32 chapters( Paddhathis).

 

The First slOkam of these 32 chapters is always set in anushtup

metre by Swamy Desikan . The combination of all these 32 slOkams

appearing in the front of each paddhathi has been compared to

a gem necklace with 32 gems (Agra MaNi Maala) . These slOkams

have powerful Mantra sakthi & Siddhi . When recited to gether ,

they drive away all amangaLam and ring in all auspiciousness .
