After quite some time, I visited two Perumal temples in karnataka. The first

temple (slideshow) is in Bagepalli - Devara-Gudi-Palli - Gaditham Lakshmi

Venkataramana Swamy Temple.

 

It is said that gaDOdgaja, Son of Bhima, was living here.

 

The Prathistai was done by Janamejayar.
