Dear Members,

 

I am considereing puchasing land at the foot hills of Yogananda Narasimha in

Singarayakonda for Tulasi vanam. I have see that Tulasi is used very less. I

want to have vanam so that I can have the oppurtunity of sending thulasi every

day. can some one suggest nice name - typical srivaishanavaite name

Thirythuzhai is the traditional name given to tulasi.

just like BADARIVANAM WHY NOT THIRUTHUZHAIVANAM ?!

IN CHENNAI

Tulsi is cultivated like Keerai as a short term crop,harvested for

leaves in a few weeks and again the land retilled!

In north tulsi sticks are used to make tulasi malas,

even Meerabai wore tulsi mala!

i would like to associate MYSELF with this tulsivan project since i

am doing tulsi malas and distributing to bagavatas.
