There are many who desire to send mails in Tamil or Indian languages but due to many reasons like font problem etc they are unable to do that. Here comes the help.        Please visit www.higopi.com  from where you can download a 679kb small utility "umar multilingual converter" or individual language converters . That''s all. you install it and just selct the language of your choice on the right side and type in English in the input box. see your text in your language. You can copy and paste it anywhereThis type of picker is OK but remember that you need to have an email client or service that sends messages with Unicode (UTF-8) encoding and your receiver also has to have one that receives Unicode (UTF-8) encoded messages. (gmail does this if you set it to, see below)If you want to be able to type in Indian scripts (Tamil, etc) and send the results in emails so that others can read them there are 3 solutions.1. (The Old Way) Use any old (non-Unicode) Tamil (or whatever) font and just make sure that the person you are sending the email to also has the same font installed on their computer.2. (Newer Way) Use any old (non-Unicode) Tamil (or whatever) font and make your document into an Adobe Acrobat PDF file and send it as an attachment to the other person who will need the free Adobe Acrobat reader to read it.3. (The Newest Way) Type the document with a Tamil (or whatever) Unicode font and make sure that the email system that you send it through accepts the sending of Unicode (UTF-8) encoding for outgoing messages. There is a setting in gmail (for those of you who use gmail) for this. Make sure you have selected this setting. Why would I want to send my messages in UTF-8?Each time you send a message, Gmail automatically selects an appropriate encoding for the language(s) in which you've composed your mail. It's possible, however, that the recipient may not be able to properly view the message you've sent.If your contacts are having trouble viewing messages you've sent them, we recommend using 'UTF-8' (Unicode) for all outgoing mail. UTF-8 is a standard encoding that's accepted by many email clients. For those of you who do not know what Unicode is, how to enable it on your computer, how and where to get free Unicode Indian script fonts and install them and how to use them once they are install I suggest you check out the following web site:http://tlt.psu.edu/suggestions/international/web/unicode.htmladiyen ramanuja dasanKeshava dasகேசவ தாசà¯Get a spam free email account - Visit http://www.bluebottle.com

Guest guest
True. hiGopi Convertors are really excellent. The other solution would be convert them as PDFs and/or JPG files and send them across. There are quick convertors like http://www.zamzar.com/ and http://www.media-convert.com/ hosted online to achieve this.
