There is no prescription for celebrating Woman without their husbands . It may sound harsh but the ladies themselves wont want it just for themselves . The children can have a social celebration instead of Veda ParAyaNam and Udhaka Saanhti and all other Vaidheeka KarmAs for celebrating their mother and grand Mother .Some men also do not like such celbrations , when they become widowers .
