I could not understand what you are actually wish to know;

but

Chathurmasya sankalpam is not for gruhasthas only for Sanyasi s

 

Basically Sanyasi s should not stay in a same village for couple of days

without any sankalpam to do any task. Due to protect from rain and thunder etc.

they are permitted by sastram to stay in a village continuously for maximum four

months during monsoon (rainy season). For that they were provided some

procedures which is called chathurmasya sankalpam.

 

So, I there is no question of housewife / gruhini or a gruhasthan.
