Guest guest
Dear Vasu Vadhyar, Namaskaram! Adiyen has two questions: (1) If a child is born a few days in advance of the Aptikam, to a son other than the kartha, what should one do? (2) If the last maasikam before the aptikam cannot be performed on the chosen date (correct thithi) - this massikam itself includes a few previous ones that could not be peformed - what does one do? When is the opportunity to perform them? Adiyen requests Swamin's advice in both these matters. Many thanks. Adiyen, Tirupati Kumara Sridharan. *** Attn: Sri Tirupathi Kumara Sridharan, (1) The term 'Other than kartha' is not applicable for brothers of a same parents. The same logic / rules to be applied ... i.e, the apthikam should be performed on the day of sudhdhi starts after the end of a birth theetu or a death theetu. (2) Last (12th) masikam should not be skipped, it should be carefully watched. If I suggest a way for this, others will consider it as a permanent solution. So, you ask the vadhyar and do according to him. There is no opportunity to perform them in a perfect manner. nvs
