Dear Bakthas,

Giving here 2 Pasurams which will explain how Hanuman did Manaseeka Arathanai

when he was in Lanka.

MUNPOLARAVANANTHAN MUTHUMATHILANGAI VEVETHU

ANBINAL ANUMANVANTHU ANGADIENAIPANIA NINRARKU

ENBALAM URUGIUKKITTU ENNUDAINENJAMENUM

ANBINAL GNANEERKONDU ATTUVAN ADIYANENEY

THIRUKURUNTHANDAKAM 15.

It explains as to how happy he was to see Seetha and wants to convey his

presence as the ambassdor of Sri Rama. The situation was very risky. Hanuman

explains the happy days spent with Rama. Then he shows her the ring and get a

choodamani for Rama. He runs round the Lanka and destroys part of the city. He

comes back to Rama and hands over the choodamani. Before seeing Sita, Hanuman

did manaseeka thirumanjanam which is referred as anbinal gna neerkondu.

In the next Pasuram which reads like this:

MAYAMANMAYACHETRU MARUTHIRANADANTHU VAIYAM

THAYAMA PARAVAIPONGA THADAVARI THIRUTHI VANORKU

EUMAL EMBINARKU ENUDAI SORKALENUM

THUYAMALAI KONDU SOOTUVAN THONDANENNEY

In this Pasuram 4 avadarams are explained.

Mayaman mayachetru ------ Rama Avatharam

Maruthira Nadandu ----- Krishna Avataram

Vaiyam Thai ------ Thiruvikrama Avatharam

amma pavai pongathadavarai thiruthu vanorkiyum ---- Koorma Avatharam

In the earlier Pasuram Hanuman did thirumanjanam.

In the above pasuram thirumalai sootugirar. But this is from a thondan.

It is only a titbits from what adiyen has read recently.

adiyen,

nochalur seshadri sampath.
