Guest guest
Dear respected Sri Vasu Vadhyar, Till now I have been a silent member of this group, eagerly following all discussions, I am very thankful for this great service. I have a few questions and would be very happy if you could provide an answer to them * a) I have a question regarding Gruhapravesham for an existing house, which is bought from Europeans. I have heard that once, there has been lived in, there is no sense in doing it. So, I would like to know what homams or similar have to be done, and the most suitable days for performing them when buying an existing house. * b) last year I started having a Kolu during Navarathri, some say that if started once this has to be observed every year, and every year a new doll has to be added to the existing dolls , could you please explain the truth behind this and the reason for it Thanking you in advance, Adiyen, Lakshmi Chari *** a) The Gruhapravesam in the old house can be performed by combining with any other homams like : Ganapathi, Purusha suktha, Sri Suktha, Navagraha, Vaastu etc. according to your sampradayam. b) Golu / Kolu is a type of culture to celebrate the Dasara. It has several good concepts in it, which will be very useful to keep good friendship with others in the society. But there is no evidence for the saying " once started ... " But it is not coming under any of our discussion titles of this group. nvs
