This is Adiyen Raghavan here. I need clarification for a few questions.

 

1) It is possible that one of my relative's son may decide on the choice of his

future wife after his recent trip to see the girl. If that succeeds, we want to

proceed with nitchayathArtham. Please let us know if the nitchayathArtham is to

be performed in

the boy's house or girl's house. If so what are the vaideekam and lowkeekam

procedures with some details.

 

2) Secondly, one of my relatives want to have bhumi puja donefor the

construction of a house in Madras between February 9th and February 24th. Her

nakshatram is Satabhishak. She is arriving from US for this purpose and only

these days are suitable to her.
