Guest guest
Respected Sri Vasu Vadhyar, I have been a silent member of this very worthy group for some time. The issue raised by Sri. Venkat Chari was also faced by adiyen during the conduct of a pithru karyam. Would request you to kindly enlighten the group on the rationale behind selecting a gruhastan as swamy for brahmanaartham. Eagerly looking forward to your valuable inputs. Adiyen, Bharat. *** There are four ashramas namely : 1.Brahmacharya 2.Vaanaprastha 3. Sanyasi & 4. Gruhastha The former three are not eligible to mingle with the 4th group. The first two should get their needs from the fourth by begging. The third are to be lived in the forest by eating leaves etc. Also to keep dharmam and participate in a dharma karyam pathni is a must, so the gruhasthas who have pathni are eligible to participate in others dharma. nvs
