Guest guest
Swamin, Whether one likes or dislikes, a large chunk of Hindu population worship Ganapathy, Hanuman and Durgai(in many incarnations). It is common knowledge whether you find any other temple or not, temples for the three will find place in every habitation. Also the village Deity(Kula Deivam) is worshipped. There is no doubt that Vaishnava scripts describe Shriman Narayana as the Supreme Lord. But equally other faiths also have their versions about their Gods. Infact a small fraction of the Hindu community also visit Darghas and Churches. Ayyappa has become an household name throughout the world. His shrine is visited by many faiths and beliefs. It is one's belief and circumstances. What ever be the form, let us worship our preferred deity in those forms. When He resides in THOON and THURUMBU why not in other forms?
