Guest guest
namskaram, Dear Srimathi.S B Illayavalli, Thank you very much indeed for your answers, meanwhile in conjunction, I am belongs to tenkalai/atreya. Fortunately before my pious grandma's departure I have learned tamil, grantham, a small portion of 4000DP, pancha suuktham and pooja kramas from her, soon after her departure no one in my family apart from myself are bothered or shown much interest in prayers or Vaishnava practices. Thus, my grand mother is my guru, now who will be my acharyan for me to approach? my grand parents were a first generation in Malaysia, my parents migrated to UK and now I am a first generation in UK. How would I able to trace my lineage aacharyan which we are'nt in contact with. It was my grandmother who told me that her father had samashrayanam and information about his aacharya and his muth were unknown which is also not directly from my patrilineal. As such, are all my offerings and dedication to Perumaal will mean nothing, without an initiation from an acharyan whom I don't know?? Would that means, workship Perumaal alone without an initiation from aacharyan will not qualify me to become, neither a vaishnava nor a Sri Maha Vishnu devotee?! According to Tenkalai doctrines, Maarcharya theory it is lord whom will decide and lead us to salvation. (confuse!!!!) When there is no possibilities,is it mandatory for me to have initiation, am I will be excluded(spiritually) by the holy divinty from vaishnava family? Aren't there any discretion for different circumstances? Please help me out with the queries and kindly please pardon me if any of the above content would seems inappropriate. with love Venkadeshar Trivikrama
