In commemoration of Sri KUrathAzhwAr’s 1000th avathAra dina vaibhavam at Kanchi in 2010 CE , there are number of special kaimkaryams are taking place at Kooram , Kaanchi and Srirangam .

Sarvajith Thai Hastham ( January 28,2008) is the Thirunakshathram of Sri KuratthAzhwAn known also as SrivathsAnga Misrar ( ThirumaRu Maarbhan) . He was born in the Soumya Year at Kooram , which is situated Northwest of Lord VaradharAjan's dhivya dEsam of Kaanchi .

As a part of the ceelbrations of the avathAra dinam of KurEsar , who is revered as the ThridhaNdam of AchArya RaamAnuja , the Ahobilavalli Team is priveleged to release the first volume of “Sri VaradarAja Stavam ” today.

The uniqueness of SrI Varadarja Sthavam among the five sthavams bequeathed to us by KurEsar is that it was composed in front of the Lord and AchArya RaamAnuja at the Lord's sannidhi .
