Guest guest
SwAmin, Pl. throw light on the rites required to be done in the case of the untimely death of a Brahmachari youngman. He died last year in an accident when he was 37 years old. In particular after the 12th and the 13 th day rites are completed. Regards, Anbil Srinivasan *** If the karma is done as Sapindikarnam; Masikams, oonams everything should be done as usual. then they can continue everything as usual, Apthikam, prathyapthikam everything should be done at the end of the kartha's life. If the kainkaryam was done by the father, then the father should continue to do as kartha. There is no need to continue the karma after the life of one kartha. Any karma will get end at the end of the life of a kartha, it will not be transfered to anybody. If the brother (younger / elder) started doing the karma, then he should continue it. I am giving answers in assumption because I could not understand the actual requirement. Some will do the karma as " Narayana bali " in that case, there will be no masikam, apthikam, prthyabthikam etc. nothing to continue. nvs Check out the all-new face of India. Guest guest
Thanks SwAmin. Actually, it was my son who met with death and adiyen did the first rites upto 45th day. You have made clear that adiyEn has to continue the rites aptikam also. Is there any option, as adiyen has become old and physically weak? But adiyEn is keen that there should not be any lapse in my duty as kartha. However, adiyEn would be grateful if you can show any options to make it easier for me. Regards, Srinivasan *** The option of doing a shradham are: 1. 'Paarvanam', 2. 'Sankalpam' 3. 'Aamam' The second and third options are to be considered only in the worst case; that also to be decided by family bruhaspathy after physically seeing the kartha's condition. If I suggest an option, all the members of this group may follow that option as suggested for them. Sorry, dasan, nvs
