Guest guest
Namaskaram I have a doubt about Kanaga Abishegam. My Grand ma, (father mother) is around 74 years old and my Grand Father is no more. My son is one year old now. My father and mother are living with my Grand ma. Some body suggesting that we have to do Kanaga Abishegam to my Grand ma, since she got a grand grand son. Other relatives claiming that we should not, since my grand father is no more. I am not sure about the formalities. I am requesting you advise in this regard. Dhasan, Lakshmi Narashimhan S *** Birth of a grand grand son could not be a reason for any vaideeka ritual. Mostly this type of (Ayushya homams - Abhishegams) are done in the basis of age only, that also for both of the couple alive. nvs
