Guest guest
Dear Sri Vasu Vadiyar We refer location as 'bharatha varshe bharatha kande' in sankalpam. Do I need to use a different phrase while in North America, what would that be for US, Canada and West Indies? Please enlighten my ignorance. Acharyan thiruvadi saranam *** All western country indians can use the following: 'Jambhu dveepe' will not be applicable for foreign countries, so leave it and say like this " ...Vaivasvadha manvanthare, kaliyuge, prathame paade, " Asmath bharatha desasya paschime " .......... " (the name of the country) naama Vishnu Varshe Vishnu kaNde Sakaabdhe (Leave 'Meroho dhakshine paarsve') Asmin vardhamaane vyavahaarike..... Eastern countries just change the text 'paschime' as 'Poorve' 'paschime' can also be used as " Paschima pradese " and 'poorve' as 'poorva pradese' nvs
