Guest guest
Swamin, In case of Dayadis / Pangalis, there would be 10 day theettu upto seven generations and between 8 and 14 generations, there would be 3 day theettu. In the olden days, every family would maintain Vamsavali listing the names family members falling in generations in the form of an organisation chart. I too maintain a vamsavali which lists the fourteen generations. Yes, I find it difficult to keep track of people, especially who have migrated to places away.
