Guest guest
respected swamy Yesterday I went my grandfather (Mother's sithappa) srardham. After srardham completed, Pindaprathanam done. Then vadhyar explained to kartha about the pindaprathanam prasadams. Pindaprathanam can be consumed by the kartha instead of giving to cow. Also Parehini Tharpanam after tharpanam, - " YESHAM NA PITHA, NA BRATHA, NA BANDHUHU, NA ANYA GOTHRANIHA THEYE THRPTHIM................. VADHYAR SWAMY SAYS : The above highlighted portion is wrong ... instead of that NANA GOTHREYBYA HA is correct. I need clarification on the above point. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. S.THIRUNARAYANAN *** There is no chance to say like that by a learned vadhyar. Yeshan na pitha: or na sudha: ... means a portion of tarpanam is here given to those who have no relations (like son/ father / brother etc) such that they can do tarpanams or shraaddham for the satisfaction of them I am giving this (portion of ) tarpanam. It is not meant for all but for all belongs to my own gotram. nvs
