Sandeham: Sutra to be followed for ekoddishta and sraddha in case of difference

*Request you to kindly enlighten on the below doubt:*

 

*If the paretha belongs to samaveda and the kartha belongs to

yajurveda,which sutra needs to be followed for antyeshti and apara karmas

and ekoddishta as well as for annual sraaddhas?what is the pramana that need

to be considered for answering the above scenario. Practically such scenario

arise when the kartha is someone other than son like dauhithra or jamatha.*

As per our practice ( I could not find the pramanam immediately)

The Kainkaryam upto Sapindikarnam should be performed on the Vedham of the

demised person.

Later the shraadhams etc. can be done in the Vedham and Sutram of the Kartha.

I check the books and confirm my answer again later.
