Only to kartha or other close relatives ( blood relations)? How long is it applicanle? Regarding ethir dhukkam again who are all required to observe the same? ie not meeting or contacting people until they themselves come in person or enquire through phoe or letter? Is it required for all blood relations like sisters, brothers etc.? Is yes how long is it to be observed?
