Final - Schedule for 2nd Sudharsana Homam at Parikkal

Respected members:

Kindly note down the following program for the 2nd " Sri Maha

Sudharshana Homam " at " Parikkal " on 17th and 18th December 2005.

 

 

17.12.05. Saturday.

 

02.00 pm - starting from Chennai to Parikkal

 

05.00 pm - reaching Parikkal

- checking necessary arrangements

06.00 to 06.30 pm Sandhya Vandhanam

Coffee for all.

 

06.30 pm to 08.30 japam Eka (one) Khalasa Sthapanam and

 

Pradhana Devadha Aavahanam Poorvanga Vedha Suktha paarayanam then

japams

(Nrusimha, Sudharshana, Dhanvandhari)

108 counts each multiplied by number of available ridhwiks (minimum

six)

Japa Manthrams will be given to interested brahmin male members.

Japam will end with Sahasra naama Paarayanam by all.

 

Night - by 9 pm uppma - gothsu will be supplied for all devotees.

 

A small chathiram is arranged to take rest.

(Kindly bring your bedsheets etc.)

 

 

18.12.05. -- Sunday.

 

Members should get ready by 5.15 am to enjoy the " Dhanur Pooja "

Aaradhanam will be done by myself (NVS) for our Aaththu Perumals.

Also the Thirumanjanam will be done simultaneously for

" Sri Lakshmi Nrusimhan " Moolavar by Bhattachari, our Japa deertham

will be used for that.

After naivedhyam, the usual kovil prasadham and our part of Pongal

prasadham will be distributed to members by 6.15 am.

 

Homa vidhanam will be arranged before 7.0 am

Maha *Sankalpam will be done with all available members names and

nakshathras.

(The list will be sent later)

And the Dhasa Khalasa Sthapanam, Aavahanam of all parivaara devadha

(including Navagraha devadha) will be done simultaneously by our

swamis.

The Japam will be started around 7.0 am and it will be completed by

8.15 am

The Homam will be started by 8.15 am and 1008 divided by ridhwiks

(around 168 times)

can be done within one and half an hour.

 

By 9.45 am for Each member nakshathra name each one aahuthi will be

done it will take atleast 20 minutes.

 

Poornaahuthi :

It will be done arround 10.00 to 10.15 am

Pradhakshina Namaskaarams,

Karpoora Haarathi, Saththumurai,

Khalasams Yatha Sthanam

step by step ending process

will be done.

Dheertham, Thiruthuzhai, Homa Rakshai,

Sarkarai pongal, Panjamrudham, Manjal Kaapu, Kungumam, Pushpam

will be distributed as prasadham at the end of Homam.

 

Dhadhiyaaradhanam will be done for all devotees by 11 am.

 

All members can start their journey after taking a little rest by

1.30 pm.

 

No donations are accepted.

Last year I feared to call many members.

This year I found a great response from many members and my

customers.

Next year I wish to arrange buses to pickup and drop members by

collecting only the share price for the transport charges.

 

 

* Sankalpam:

 

The Sankalpam will be done specially for the following purpose :

1. Requesting for Dhana Samrudhi to do bhaagavadha kainkaryam.

2. Requesting for avoiding Viraya Expenses throughout the coming

year.

3. Requesting for Aarogyam for Bhagavath Kainkaryam

4. Requesting for Seegrameva Kulam, Seelam, Vayasu, Dhanam,

Vidhdhai, Gunam etc. thulya yoga sambandham for

 

Vivha Kanyas and Varas.

5. And all other general requests.

 

To reach Parikkal :

In Madras to Trichy trunk road, Between Villupuram and Ulundurpet, 2

main stoppings are there. 1. Madapattu Kootu Road 2.

 

Gedilam Kootu Road.

 

LANDMARK : A huge Aanchaneyar Statue will be there in the side of

the trunk road, facing the parikkal road between the above

 

two stops. From this statue Temple is about 3 km.

 

From Gedilam Koot Road, Parikkal temple is 4 km.

 

From Madappattu Koot Road, Parikkal temple is 8 km.

 

There are buses to parikkal from gedilam once in a hour (expected).

(Buses may be subject to cancellation due to rain and

 

road conditions). But Our car will be sent upon request

only for senior citizens from main road to parikkal temple.

 

You may buy the ticket for Ulundurpet and request the driver to stop

at the Aanchaneyar statue.
