Srimad Azhagiya Singar started on His sanchAram towards Mumbay on the day after His 82nd Thirunakshatram and will reach Mumbay on Dec 15 evening to start the Dhanur Maasa AarAdhanam at Chembur Sri Matam next morning .

 

Today is the sacred Kaisika EkAdaSi day , when Kaiska MahAtmyam is read.Kaisika

EkAdasi is considered even more sacred than VaikunTha EkAdaSi . Jn~AnappirAn

( VarAha BhagavAn) narrated to BhUmi DEvi the vaibhavam of Namm PaaduvAn and the greatness of Kaisika PaNN used with bhakti by Namm PaaduvAn during the Sukla Paksha DhvAdasi morning at the dhivya dEsam of ThirukkuRunkudi to awaken the Lord ( ThiruppaLLiyezucchi) . Swamy ParAsara Bhattar used to recite Kaisika MahAtmyam before Lord RanganAtha and offer MaNipravALa VyAkhyAnam at the Lord's sannidhi and was honored with Brahma Ratham for that kaimkaryam by the Lord .

Namm PaaduvAn is that type of Bhaktan , who stood with VeeNai in hand before the Lord of ThirukkuRungudi on the Brahma MuhUrtam of that Kaartikai Sukla Paksha dhvAdasi day . ThirukkuRungudi EmperumAn granted NampAduvAn Moksham as He

assured twice in this sacred text :

 

" pramukta: sarva samsArair Mama lOkamcha gacchati "

 

" Koumudha dhvAdaSeem puna:

yastu gAyati sa SrImAn
