U r all well aware of Sri U.Ve.Seva Swami of villivakkam and his life time sacrifices for manimandapam, seva magazine and spreading the news of swami desikans nishprayojana Kainkaryam towards our Sriramanuja Sampradayam.

 

Since shri.U.Ve.Gandamani (a) Nsg swamins sareera sambadhee of Shri.U.Ve.Seva swamy and made an appeal to us for desika diary, it is our duty to circulate this msg to all our srivaishnava group members , which will be the rightful respect under the lotus feet of Shri.U.Ve.Vaikuntavasee Seva swamin.

Dear Sir(s)You are aware that we have been publishing Sri Desika Darsana Diary - a diary and almanac every year in both Tamil and Telugu for the benefit Srivaishnavites across the globe. Sri Seva Swamy's foreseeing thoughts to guide people to follow our cultural values, has resulted in wide reach of this diary over the years. The Diary and the monthly magazine started by Sri Seva Swamy, "Sri Desika Seva" have been doing service to Sri Desika Sampradaya.So far, we are able to bring out this diary every year only by the patronisation of advertisers. Due to increase in printing and paper costs, we are forced to find resource for additional revenue commitment.Please find attached tariff form of Sri Desika Darsana Diary 2009-10.We request you to kindly arrange for the advertisements to meet printing costs this year through your known contacts. We have retained ad tariff of last year. We are planning to meet the increase in printing costs by carrying more ad insertions. We seek your patronage for the same.We have also initiated "sponsorship of photos" of deities and acharyas (costs about Rs.10000 per photo in multicolour to be carried Tamil and Telugu editions) to accommodate contributions from philanthropists for bringing out the diary without any financial constraints. There are about 20 photos of deities / acharyas to be printed in the current year's diary.You are aware that only by the patronisation of advertisers / sponsors we are able to distribute the diary at subsidised price. (@Rs.40 for 400 page book). As the total budget of printing tamil and telugu edition runs to lakhs, we request you to contact your known companies or individuals and try to get more ads or sponsorship for photos.
