SrI:Dear Swamy Desika BhakthAs :

 

 

adiyEn invited your attention earlier to the ongoing SwarNa SimhAsana samarpaNa Kaimakryam for Swamy Desikan on His Thirunakshatram day ( Sep 29) .

 

The Kaimkaryam was started with three weeks notice from Swamy Desikan's AastAnam at Thiruvaheendhrapuram and number of you quickly responded to raise 50% of the needed funds to present the SimhAsanam " as is" on that sacred PurattAsi SravaNa

Thirunakshatrea Utsavam .

 

Lord Devanathan and Sri HemAbhjavalli ThAyar stayed with Swamy Desikan and enjoyed their Son sitting majestically on the SwarNa SimhAsanam . The six pictures from the SamarpaNa utsavam are attached below .

 

We are now at the second/Concluding phase of the Kaimakryam and it is our hope that we will with the dhivya dampathy's and AchAryAL's anugraham that the remaining work ( Gold plating of the two simhams , the rest of the areas of the legs covered by copper cladding at this time and the back leaning plank ) will be made ready for the final presentation in a few weeks . The two simhams will move from the side of the dhivya dampatis and occupy the new simhAsanam after gold plating .

 

adiyEn is confident that Your enthusiastic response out of reverence for Swamy Desikan , who blessed us with 120 plus Sri Sooktis will help to realize the dream of completing the remaining work and permit the planning of the samarpaNam on any one ogf the following days :

 

1) Novemebr 15 : DheepAvaLi PaNDikai dinam

2) November 22 : Iyppasi SravaNam

3) November 28: Kaisika EkAdasi

4) December 1 : Kaartikai Krittikai : Thirumangai AzhwAr avatAra dinam

 

We need only 2.25 Laks of Rupees for completing the Kaimakryam .
