Guest guest
SrI:| Namo Sri Ranganathaya:Dear Swamin: adiyEn would like to share next part of our divine anubhavamat PrabAsa Theertham. This the place where Yadhava's fought among themselves and died, there by markedthe end of Dwapara Yugam. From PrabAsa theertham, Sri Krishna ascends directly to Sri Vaikuntam which is explained in Srimath Bhagavatham at 11st Skandham - 30 & 31st AdhyAyam. It's is explained as "Vaikunta dhAmaghamanam"Lord Krishna decided (sankalpam) to dissolve the Yuga, since the YadhavAswere too pride of their power and strength. One day the Yadhava's childrenin order to humiliate the rishis, costumed a boy called 'Saamban' into a preganant lady using the wooden rod (ulakkai) and enquired the rishis of whatchild would born to him.The rishis got angry and cursed that, whatever is present would born to her(him). As per the rishis word, the wooden rod (ulakkai) was born to that boy. On knewing this the king ordered the wooden rod to be grinded and dissolved in ocean. But the wooden powder that float, finally settled down on the banks and grew into bushes (kOrai pul). The iron piece was swallowed by a fish and caught bya hunter. The hunter polished the iron piece and topped it on arrow. The bushes which was grown on the banks was instrumental for the end of Yadhavasand the iron piece was instrumental for Lord Krishna to ascend to Sri Vaikuntam!Pareekshith Maharaj:1.What Lord Krishna does when Maha bhAgavathar Uththavar left for Bhadri?2.How did Lord Krishna left this World by leaving His body?Sri Sugar:On noticing the bad signals from sky and earth, Lord Krishna instructed theYadhvas as follows:Lord Sri Krishna:Lot of bad signals (abasagunam) are appearing in Dwaraka which symbolizes theend of our Yadhavas! Oh, Yadhvas, we should not present here in this place for any moment. Let us leave this place with our families and reach PrabAsa theertham. There we do upavAsam, pooja's to dEvatAs and dhAna - gifts like Cow, land, gold, vastram, etc., to Brahmins. This would bring auspicious to us. Let us move andpractice the rituals.Sri Sugar:The Yadhvas accepted Lord Krishna's suggestion and crossed the ocean and reachedPrabAsa theertham. Everyone strictly followed the rituals as per Lord Krishna said.Unfortunately they drank a drink - alcohol called samarEyam - which made Yadhavasto fought among themselves along the coastal area.At first they fought with arrows, swords, then with all the things that is available.Pairs of Yadhavas like Prathyumnan and Saamban, AkrUran and BhOjan, Aniruththan and SAthyaki fought with each other. Subsects of Yadhavas like DhAsarhar, VrushNigaL, Anthagar, BhOjar, SAthavathar, SUrasEnar, Vidharnar, Mathurar, etc., fought with each other as enemies without knowledge that they were all YadhvAs (Lord Krishna's mAyA!).After all the weapons was lost during the war, finally they fought with the bush (kOrai pul)that grown near the coast as weapon due to the Rishi's curse. Once it was plucked by hand the bush converted into a iron weapon (vajrAyudham). On seeing that, Lord Krishna instructed Yadhavas not to fight with that. But they fought with that and to the extent they chased Sri Krishna and Balaram as their enemies!!!!With no choice, Sri Krishna & Balarama fought with Yadhavas and finally an END cameto Yadhava vamsam ! Now Balarama and Sri Krishna was left alone. Then Balaraman bypracticing yOgam (as SankarshNan) at the coast, left this bhUlOkam (niryANam). On noticing that, Sri Krishna sat under a Sacred Fig tree ( Arasa maram). He sat with fourhands (chaturbhujam), Sri Vatsam on His chest, worn Silk vastrams, Lotus like eyes, lotus petals-like smiling lips, glittering Makara kuNdalam, yag~nOpaveedham, kreetam, pearl garland, kaivaLai, thOLvaLai, silambu, thaNdai, kOustubam, vanamAlai and placedHis left leg on the right side thigh. Since He was behind the tree, only the feet was visible from the other side.A hunter named 'Jarai' shot an arrow on the lotus feet of Sri Krishna on confusionthat THE Lotus FEET of Lord was a like-a-deer. That arrow was made from the iron piece from the wooden rod which was thrown inside the sea! Then the hunter came to know that, He was none other than Bhagavan - Paramapurushan Lord Krishna and he fell on to the divine lotus feet of Sri Krishna for pardon.Jarai:Madhusudhana! adiyEn (pApishtan) done aparAtham with out knowledge. Pleasepardon me!Sri Krishna:Don't be afraid. With my consent(sankalpam) only, you shot an arrow on my feet. You would reach heaven (swargam).Sri Sugar:Jarai done pradhakshNam three times and left to Swarga lOkam through thevimAna sent by dEvatas. ThArukan - Sri Krishna's chariot driver (thErOtti) - after searching Sri Krishna at many places finally found Him under the tree. While ThArukan explained his fear due to separation from Lord, at the same time,Lord Krishna's RATHA (Chariot) with horses and Garuda Flag started ASCEND to thesky. Bhagavan's asthra, Ayudhams followed the RATHA one by one.ThArukan was astonished and Lord Krishna instructed ThArukan toguide the people of Dwaraka to safest place.Sri Krishna:Sarathy! Inform about the status of yadhavas, Balaram and Myself to therelatives in Dwaraka. After my departure (ascend to vaikuntam), the place- Dwaraka- would be engulfed by the ocean. Hence shift to Indraprasthamwhich is safe guarded by Arjuna. You practice Bhagavatha Dharma andfinally attain my Lotus feet!Sri Sugar:ThArukan left to Dwaraka with sadness after pradhakshiNam.-----------------------------END OF 30th ADHYAYAM------------AdiyEn would continue with How Lord KrishNa ascends to Sri Vaikuntam asin Sri Bhagavatam - 31 Adhyayam in next mail.Note: Pardon adiyEn for poor English translation from Sri U.Ve.Velukkudi Krishnan'sDivyadesa Mahatmiyam.Namo Sri RanganAthaya:adiyEn,senthil.b
