Srimad Andavan Sri Rangaramanuja Mahadesikan was accorded a traditional welcome on 6 Feb 2008 with Poora Kumba Mariyadai when H H reached Sri Ahobila Mutt, Chembur, Mumbai. H H was taken to all sannidhis for Mangalasasanam of Perumal and Thayar of this shetram. Swagatham in Sanskrit and Tamil were accorded to Srimad Andavan. H H then in his Anugraha Bhashanam ,brought out significance of lines in Thiru Pallandu " Thiruvona Thiruvizavil " and Swami Desikan's " Dasavatara Sthotram " to highlight Sri Nrisimha Avatharam.
