nUtana samvatsara SubhAsamsa!

A Very happy Paartiva Samvatsaram!

It is very essential that everybody has to learn SampradAya Stotrams by

heart. It's for Elders and for yound ones alike.

When it comes to Svami dESikan stOtram we have have an extraordinary passion

towards them. Not only SrIvaishnavAs, it is well known that these stotrams

are learnt by all kinds of Asthikas.

Considering the fast paced and global life which we lead nowadays, do we

have enough time to learn them in traditional manner and without mistakes in

pronunciation. We don't!

If we learn them in Gurukula style how nice it would be!

With this wish, we approached SrI. U.vE (Dr) PV Satakopa TatachArya svami of

Kanchipuram, an ardent dESika bhaktar.

Svami took it with all earnest and unbridled enthusiasm and fulfilled our

wish in a lightning speed of less than 15 days time.

With his Colleague, SrI.U.vE. (Dr) O.R Vijayaraghavan enacting the role of a

learner, svami recorded almost all of Svami dESikan stOtrams in Traditional

PaaTam style. (25 stotrams+dESika Mangalam+ 4 slokAs of DivyadESa

MangalAsASanam)

Now a small group of learners in Singapore find this CD an invaluable

treasure (we are using it as a tool in our Stotra-pATam session). We

requested SrI. Tatacharya svami to release the same for the whole world of

AstikAs, which svami readily accepted.

And today, the auspicious starting day of a new Samvatsaram, Sri.Vilakkoli

Perumal Thooppul Vedantha Desikar Charitable Trust and SrIsUkti rachAriNi

sabhA-Singapore humbly release this treasure to all of you and offer this

small effort at the lotus feet of our AchArya sArvaboumar, Svami dESikan.

While we are readily equipped to distribute the CD in Singapore, Indonesia

and India (For Gulf countries and UK, please write to us), we will let you

know the details of contact in the USA, in a day or two.

You may wish to acquire a copy for you and your children. Please contact
