Sri Padhuka Sahasra Parayanam was held at Sri Krishna sabha on 6 Apr 2008 ( Panguni Revathi ). The sabha conducts this every year from it's inception. Another coincidance, the sabha released it's calender having the picture of Sri Peria Perumal ( Moolavar , Serti, Sri Bhasyakarar and 'ul ' Swami Desikan ). A large number devotees recited the complete ' Sri Padhkasahasram'. The function concluded with satrumurai, theertham, sambhavana, goshti.
