Celebrate Sri Nrisimha Jayanti on Sunday May 22nd, not May 21st. Just a couple of days ago, quite by chance, I came to know of a potential error in the date for Sri Nrisimha Jayanthi. So, I called our Sri Matam and Srimad Azhagiya Singar directed me to Sri Veeraraghavachariyar Swami. Here is his nirnayam. Since Thraiyodasi is present on May 21st morning for more than 6 nA. that day is not good for celebrating Sri Nrisimha Jayanthi. So, for everyone in the U.S. (East coast to West coast), Sri Nrisimha Jayanthi is to be celebrated only on Sunday, May 22nd. Please ignore the May 21st date for Nrisimha Jayanthi listed in the Sri Matam calendar and the Panjanga Sangraham of the May issue of SNPNA.
