SrI:

Dear Srivaishnavas,

24th pattam azhagiyasingar incarnated in Kalyanapuram agraharam in

chakravartti vamSam and punarvasu nakshatram. His Asrama sweekAram occurred

at Srirangapatnam of Karnataka. After the mangalasasanam at melkote and

Srirangam, HH arrived at ahobilam.

Having heard about this azhagiyasingar's stay at Ahobilam, King Somabhupalan

of Gadwal samsthanam (Raichur District of Andhrapradesh) arrived with his

parivaram to pay respects and invite HH to his samsthanam. Azhagiyasingar

was given a very grand reception in the capital city of Gadwal. Blessed with

panchasamskaram by HH, the king offered Silver mandapam, many ornaments,

chatram and chAmaram for malolan, along with some villages and special

vAdhyams (musical instruments) for Srimatam. The king conducted a wonderful

Street utsavam with utmost devotion.

HH has blessed us with many granthams which are Sriprapatti, Srinrusimhan

mangalasasanam, yadsarigai, Sristavam and Sripancasat.
