Dear SrIvaishnavas,

A belated tirunakshatra information ....

Today Margazhi - aswini is the avatara dinam of 8th Pattam SrI Parankusa

yatindra mahadesikan. He ascended to Asthanam during April 1522 C.E. During the

15 years of nirvaham, He was doing mangalasasanam of Sriranga divyadampati and

was doing upadesam of grantha chatushtayam (kalakshepam) for sishyas in

Srirangam. From this divyadesam, He left for paramapadam in 1538 C.E

His taniyan is :

shaThakopayatishreShTapadapaN^kajam |

sarvashAstrArthatatvajhaM parAN^kushamuniM bhaje ||
