Dear All:

 

As previously informed Srimad Azhagiyasingar's Thirunakshathra Mahotsavam

will be held this year on Tuesday November 20th at Chembur, Mumbai. His

Holiness started His sancharam from Srirangam after the completion of

Chathurmaasya

Sankalpam on September 27th and will arrive in Mumbai on November 15 th.

 

 

We have just received the official invitation for the function, which you

can view by visiting Sri Ahobila Mutt web site. For your convenience given

We hope that all of you can attend the function in Chembur and get the

blessings of His Holiness Srimad Azhagiyasingar on this very auspicious day.

 

As you know, Sri Matam will be incurring a lot of expenses for this function

with a large number of invited veda/prabhanda goshti of around 300 in

attendance, as in prior years. We hope to help offset some of the expenses from

contributions from overseas sishyas.

 

We are requesting that you try and contribute generously to this special

annual event. We know that many of you have already contributed to the

Chathurmasya Sankalpam and other kainkaryams this year. But, we all need to

find the

resources to contribute to this cause and show our appreciation to our

beloved Acharyan. His Holiness has blessed us with His upanyasams every

Saturday

during Chathurmaasya Sankalpam even with His busy schedule and even when His

health was not optimal. However much we contribute is very small compared to

what our Acharyan has done for us and continues to do for us.
