4th pattam SrI Srinivasa yatindra mahadesikan (Margazhi chiththirai) 21.12.08

Dear Srivaishnavas,

 

SrI Srinivasa yatindra mahadesikan appeared in CE 1482 (mArgazhi - chitthirai).

After accepting mutt's nirvAham in Srimushnam, this azhagiyasingar made a short

trip to many divyadesams and came to Singarkoil (Singerkudi near puducherry).

Here He was giving kalakshepam to sishyas.

 

Later He proceeded to northern Indian divyadesams and finally returned back to

Singarkoil.

 

When He was thinking of leaving for paramapadam and appointing the next pontiff,

malolan appeared in His swapnam and informed Him of the vidwan who would be

visiting azhagiyasingar the next day. We saw this episode when we covered 5th

pattam azhagiyasingar's vaibhavam.

 

After eight years in divyAsthAnam, ahzgiyasingar left for paramapadam. His

bRndAvanam is in Singarkoil (Singerkudi).

 

His taniyan is :

Yathindra Maha Desikan swamigal will be celebrated in the swamigal Brindavan

constructed at Singerkudi near Puducherry (India) on 21st December 2008. The

Abimanyas/Sishyas of Ahobila Mutt are requested to attend the function to obtain

the Sripada Thirtha Prasadam and Manthratchathai of swamigal. For further
